CYBER HACKERS

Four Corners aired a fantastic program last night on the ABC. I must admit that the whole Rio Tinto saga playing out in China has held little interest for me. The snippets of information on the news were hardly grabbing stuff. Trust Four Corners to do an in depth story to try to get to the bottom of the issue. The jailing of Stern Hu has caused quite a stir and exposed a Hollywood blockbuster movie plot of bribery, cyber hacking, corruption, involving governments, google, and the big boys of the mining industry.Iron ore, aparantly, is gold.
If that is so, coal must be like silver. Iwonder if the local boys who have shot to international riches, based on huge contracts with the Asian super power have taken heed, and ensured that their servers aren't compromised in any way.I realy don't think that Norton would be a valid anti hacking tool to ensure that any sensitive documents about trades and deals, would suffice.
I guess you just never know who is watching, especially when there are huge profits to be made.
