How many people from Mackay and the rest of North Queensland had a say?
How many businesses from Mackay and the region were interviewed about the impact this stupidity would have on their businesses?
I cannot recall adding my vote to a poll asking me whether or not I liked the idea.

How can these results be published by the media, based on an averaging derived from a hand full of people, probably from South East Queensland ,who have too much time on their hands , have access to the internet, or sit in front of of pay tv and know how to puch the red button to vote?

The pollies don't realy care about North Queensland. They just like to collect our taxes.
